As Doulas we are often that crystalline and calm mirror that a Woman needs, a Mother when she goes through moments of intensity, of storms, of dancing with the shadow. 🦋

As we always say, we do not avoid pain, we cannot save the Mothers we accompany and we do not empower them, because they are the ones who transcend and are empowered in their experiences. 🤍

We can remind them of all that they are doing well, accompany them to see and value their own transformation, their own strength. To see the pearls they collect as they delve into the Depths of their Souls and their History. 🙏🏻❤️
