What is it?

It is a course to learn the most important aspects related to the process of pregnancy, childbirth, motherhood, parenthood and parenting in a full and conscious way.. All these processes are natural and instinctive, and this is the essence of what we try to transmit with the courses we offer, a connection with the most innate and physiological aspects of motherhood and parenting.

Our Goal

To offer you support and preparation for childbirth, as well as for postpartum and parenting. Whichever type of birth you choose, knowing that physiologically women and babies are prepared to go through this experience, is good for the woman/couple and the child.

What do we offer?

A weekly online course covered by most medical insurance companies, held in collaboration with the medical center Rehastet, two Mondays and three Wednesdays, 5 sessions.

It can be done in any trimester of pregnancy when the woman/couple feels it is the right time to do it.

The groups are small in order to offer quality and personalizeattention, and the people who will guide you in this course are professionals very involved in the world of motherhood and parenting.

Where, when and how much it costs

The weekly online course, if you do not have or are not covered by any insurance company, the cost is 125€.
