Role Playing in Mima’m Formations

A very important part of our Trainings are the Seminars where we include role-playing practices.

These spaces allow us to work in a practical way, fundamental aspects to achieve that impeccability that we seek to approach when we accompany. 🤱🏼💞

Impeccability that for us as Trainers of Accompaniers, is based on Presence and Listening from the deep Respect for Mothers, Families and Professionals who are part of the support networks that each Woman has. 🙏🏻

In the Mima’m Lactation Consultant Training, we not only address theoretical and specific topics of practice as Consultants, such as those we share in this Seminar with the Pediatrician Paula Rodríguez de @moltpekes, but we also place a lot of emphasis on the way to Accompany and Communicate information to the Mother. 💓

Always putting their need in the Center, working in a Network and without discrediting otr@s professionals, but using andoffering contrasts and second professional and informative options.

From this place of Respect and Impeccability that defines us, when a Mother feels that she is not receiving the information she needs or that for her is adequate, or the support of a sufficiently up-to-date professional, we simply look for new ways for each Family to reach the Professionals they need and that are in accordance with their desires and vision of Parenting.

In aspects like this, it is perceived that the basis of our Lactation Consultant Training is born and inspired by the Essence of the Accompaniment of the Doula, focused on Respect, Presence and Impeccability as fundamental Values that guide us towards the original objective, the well-being of the Mother, the Baby and the Family. 🙏🏻❤️
