🔸Accompaniment: My way of accompanying is practical, close and adapted to each family. I work a lot with expatriate families who arrive in Catalonia and need not only emotional support, but also resources, guidance and logistics to feel accompanied throughout the motherhood process.
I offer individual and group accompaniment, in single sessions or packs, during:
- Pregnancy: from the week in which the mother feels that she wants to be accompanied. We can do specific sessions to work on the Birth Plan or open sessions to resolve doubts or planning.
- Childbirth: emotional and logistical support before, during and after birth. Face-to-face or online accompaniment during the extension period.
- Postpartum: support at home, in a hospital or birthing house; immediate postpartum and emotional accompaniment.
I run pregnancy and parenting groups in Sant Cugat del Vallès in Catalan and English.
Each family is unique and has different needs, my mission is that they feel accompanied throughout the journey.
– Accompaniment and availability area: I accompany families in the province of Girona and Barcelona. I travel when necessary and do online sessions if necessary.
