- Online group, Tuesday 11 a.m .: “The respite of mothers” (Group of accompaniment to mothers) first part arrival to the body, second part circle of mothers to address what each one needs.
- Embrace your life: Yoga sessions + specific body techniques for women (this space is ideal for those women looking for pregnancy and pregnant women) online.
