🔸 Accompaniment: Individual and group accompaniment during pregnancy, postpartum and parenting (0-3)
I integrate my experience and knowledge as a teacher specialized in the perinatal stage, with the gaze and accompaniment of a Doula and Lactation Consultant. I accompany each motherhood from presence, listening and proximity with a respectful and caring look in each vital process.
- Breastfeeding Counseling (breast, formula, mixed…), always from a respectful perspective. I also accompany other phases such as weaning, incorporation into work, etc…)
- Talks and workshops for families (bonding and gestation; postpartum: a look at the needs of the mother-baby dyad; daily care of the baby, hygiene, feeding and sleep; baby development and free movement, process of leaving the diaper, arrival of a herman@, etc…)
- Infant massage courses, IAIM program
- Family play and movement spaces for babies and children aged 0-3 years.
