World Breastfeeding Week 2025
Due to the celebration of theWorld Breastfeeding Week 2025 we wanted to ask you what treasures, gifts and lessons have you learned from your breastfeeding experiences.
🤍🤱🏻
Of your responses, there are three that we are very excited to share with you. 🥰
1. Let go the Exèctatives! : Connect with your desire to breastfeed, know your body, educate yourself, and find the right support for you. And, very important… On the way, let your expectations go…
In motherhood, as in life, it is important to accept our fears and embrace them so that we can be able to accept what life brings that is out of the ordinary.
2. Listen to yourself: Only you know what’s best for you and your baby. Once again, it’s about balance. We can educate ourselves, learn, and question ourselves outside… but the true way to do things, the best way for you, comes from within.
Listening to yourself and validate your feelings, that is the foundation of everything!
3.Know your body: Our body is wonderful. When you learn about the physiology of motherhood physiology of Motherhood and within it, that of Lactation, you can see how Nature has made a design that works like a symphony of hormones,
Everything has a meaning, a function, a path.
The wisdom of our body is the best book.
Investing in Breastfeeding is Investing in the Future.
Thank you for sharing your experiences with us! 🙏🏻❤️
